MATHCA at NOON with Warabi-Mochi bracken-starch dumplings with toasted soy flour and Kuro-Mitsu dark molasess and Sunny Rouge grape on Mikawa Momen Japanese cotton placemat

One of the Japanese traditional sweets we must have in summer is Warabi-Mochi braken-starch dumplings sprinkled sweeten toasted soy flour and Kuro-Mitsu dark molassess. It is served in cold and the texture is something between jello and nata de coco. Kudzu-Mochi kudzu starch dumpling is also popular and similar with this. It is chewier than Warabi-Mochi.
Sunny Rouge grape is very sweet and delicious. The flavor is like Delaware. It also is seedless but big.

The Mikawa Momen Japanese cotton place mat is available on my shop.
