MATCHA at NOON with cold Kuzu Mochi and a white peach on Mt. Fuji cotton placemat.
Kuzu-Mochi is one of the most popular Japanese traditional sweets in summer. It usually is made from kudze starch, cooled and served sprinkled with Kinako baked fine soy powder and dark molasses. In this case, it is served with Matcha Kinako. Comparing with the other popular summer sweets Warabi-Mochi, it is chewier.
