I made this estimation using tools on カロリーSlism for 18 – 29 age, 112 lb.  female whose daily diet is 1,800 k calories a day.

What you need:

for taco rice

  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • grind beef 1/8 lb.
  • grind pork 1/10 lb.
  • lettus 1 – 2 leaves
  • tomato  1/2
  • avocado  1/2
  • lemon or lime
  • taco seasoning
  • mayo

for smootie

  • carrot 1/4
  • cramberry  1 spoon
  • milk 1/2 cup
  • ice cube

How to cook:

taco rice

  1. Cook grind beef and pork in skillet over medium heatk, stirring occasionally, until brown
  2. Put seasoning mix in 1/4 cup of water and pour on the meat
  3. Heat the skillet until drain
  4. On a dish, place a cup of cooked rice first, then shredded lettuce,  diced tomato, diced avocado, land the cooked ground meat.
  5. Garnish the plate with mayo

smoothie

  1. put diced carrot, cranberry, milk and ice cube.
  2. Blend and serve.
