What you need:
for taco rice
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- grind beef 1/8 lb.
- grind pork 1/10 lb.
- lettus 1 – 2 leaves
- tomato 1/2
- avocado 1/2
- lemon or lime
- taco seasoning
- mayo
for smootie
- carrot 1/4
- cramberry 1 spoon
- milk 1/2 cup
- ice cube
How to cook:
taco rice
- Cook grind beef and pork in skillet over medium heatk, stirring occasionally, until brown
- Put seasoning mix in 1/4 cup of water and pour on the meat
- Heat the skillet until drain
- On a dish, place a cup of cooked rice first, then shredded lettuce, diced tomato, diced avocado, land the cooked ground meat.
- Garnish the plate with mayo
