bkf = toast, sesame bread, grilled butternut, boiled egg, Sato Nishiki cherry and grape vinegar drink
This is how I cooked the butternuts. The most simple way. I recommend you this on on the weekend breakfast or brunch. It takes a time, but definitely worth to do. Enjoy the butternut at the very moment taken out of the oven. It reminds me Japanese Yaki Imo baked sweet potato.
- Preheat the oven 180 ℃ or 360℉.
- Cut off the top part the butternut, then cut into half.
- Scoop out seeds.
- Daub a little olive oil all over.
- Place into the oven for 50min.
- Serve.
- Enjoy.
