Labo Lunch

“Fisheries Laboratory of Kinki University” It is the name of the restaurant I had lunch at Ginza, Tokyo.
The laboratory succeeded in the complete farm raising, including artificial incubation, of bluefin tuna for the first time in the world.
Now they serve the raised fish at two restaurants, Ginza and Osaka with high quality and reasonable price.
Good for us, good for the earth!
