a piece of Ginger
Salt

3 tablespoons of Honey
4 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 table spoons of Olive oil
What I used besides those
- 1 Pan – Staub 28cm round
- tongs
- 1 knife and a pair of scissors for serving
Cooking Time : 90 min
Direction
- Heat the pan, pour olive oil, and put Chicken into it to brown.
After few minutes, turn them over and brown the other side. Brown as much surface of the chicken as you can. - Take out the chicken and discard grease left in the pan. Place the chicken back.
- Put a piece of ginger, sprinkle dried rosemary, thyme and salt. Pour white wine and cover the pan and cook about 30min.
- Add 3 tablespoon of honey and soy sauce. Cover the pan and cook with low heat about 20min.
- If you have liquid, open the pot and cook at medium heat until it get thick and little. Glaze chicken over all with the liquid while you cook.
- Serve.
- AFTER ALL
I just wondered for the next occasion if I could stuff dressing, rice or short pasta. I must try.
Looks delicious!
Thank you. Oh yes! It tasted great. Texture was so nice, not dried out. It kept moisture. Soy sauce and honey is very easy to look well glazed. If you try it out, let me know how it works out for you. I can not wait to cook another one with stuffing…
