What you need:
1 ready to serve curry stew pouch
pancake mix
milk
1 egg
mayo
yogurt
1/4 apple
coffee
How to cook:
- Cook pancake using egg, milk, pancake mix
- To warm curry pouch with microwave, pour the curry sauce into a big bowl out of the pouch, then cover it over with wrapping film. Heat in microwave but not all the way. Stop few times and stir it. Otherwise, it may explode. Be very careful.
- Put the hot curry stew on the plate, then pancake
- Garnish with mayo
- Serve with yogurt topped with apple and coffee
- Enjoy!
