What you need:

  • pancake mix for 1
  • egg
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 canned tuna
  • 1/4 diced onion
  • olive oil
  • nameko mushroom
  • pepper
  • chicken stock
  • Yamaimo taro
  • mix beans
  • lettus
  • yogurt
  • almond

How to cook:

  1. Preheat oven 320 F
  2. In a large bowl, put an egg and milk, then whisk.
  3. Add pancake mix, tuna, onion, olive oil and mix.
  4. Pour baking pan and bake it about 25 minutes.
