What you need:
- pancake mix for 1
- egg
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 canned tuna
- 1/4 diced onion
- olive oil
- nameko mushroom
- pepper
- chicken stock
- Yamaimo taro
- mix beans

How to cook:

- Preheat oven 320 F
- In a large bowl, put an egg and milk, then whisk.
- Add pancake mix, tuna, onion, olive oil and mix.
- Pour baking pan and bake it about 25 minutes.
